The mission of Proactive Personal Training is to provide guidance, support and motivation to clients seeking to improve their current state of health, enabling them to enhance their quality of life.

  • personal training kettle bellGuidance: Having a game plan is essential, but coming up with that plan can be confusing. Goal setting needs to be a team effort between myself and the client.
  • Support: Change is difficult and sometimes uncomfortable. It’s during these times that we need someone to” pick us up”.
  • Motivation: Encouragement and positive reinforcement are both crucial for ongoing success. Often times I can see progress in my clients before they realize it themselves.
